The Bar des Pistes, the cocktail bar of Le Coucou Méribel

After a day on the slopes, take the time to enjoy a delicious cappuccino or a homemade pastry for tea time. In the evenings, our bartenders unveil a cocktail menu that combines signature creations or custom-made cocktails, according to guests desires of the moment. Warm during the day, electric in the evening, the Bar des Pistes is a friendly place for unforgettable moments of conviviality in the mountains. 

The Bar des Pistes : a cocoon nestled in the mountains 

Designed as a real cocoon, the Coucou's Cocktail Bar has been carefully decorated, with lighting that dims throughout the day. With color as a common thread that subtly dresses the elements of the decor, the bar offers a palette of warm and luminous hues, from the mustard armchairs to the raspberry red of the bar seats. A discreet reference to the art of mountain living, the walls are adorned with paintings of owls, mysterious creatures that silently watch over guests.

At nightfall, the Bar des Pistes shakes to the rhythm of the shakers. With passion, the team of bartenders, trained in the art of mixology, concoct tasty cocktails to delight guests with surprising combinations. Syrup, alcohol infusion and fruit purée are all homemade to make the flavors of the preparations truly stand out.  Taste the signature cocktails: between the Bluetiful, a blend of Don Julio Tequila flavored with fresh basil, spiced up with yuzu and orange peel – or,  the Red Trail, made with Bombay Gin infused with red mountain fruits. For those looking for something more renowned, the Connaisseur, a classic "Old Fashioned" worked with a historic bourbon if on offer.  Each drink is an invitation to travel, in a typically Savoyard spirit. The bar's cocktail menu has other surprises in store for guests, allowing them to create their own custom cocktail or to (re)discover the classic references, for all tastes and desires of the moment. 

On certain evenings, musicians and artists are given carte blanche to liven up the evening with live music, in a lounge or more festive style.

The snack menu 

The Bar des Pistes is not only a cocktail bar but also offers a snack menu, served at any time of the day. When returning from the slopes, at snack time, guests can enjoy one of the sweet treats made in-house by the Pastry Chef. For those with a sweet tooth, enjoy delicious crepes every day, with the topping of choice. The flavors open an opportunity to fall back into childhood and share a moment of complicity between young and old. 

The fumoir 

After starting the evening at the cocktail bar, the Fumoir is the place to be for lovers of spirits and cigars. Perched on the 8th floor, in a friendly and cozy atmosphere around the central fireplace. Designed in the spirit of a mountain chalet, the Fumoir welcomes guests among its soft benches and armchairs that invite all to relax. The cellar offers a wide selection of cigars, to be matched with the many spirits, to find the perfect balance, under the wise advice of the hotel experts. Rum, cognac or whisky are on offer as  favorite drinks in a remarkable setting, with a breathtaking view of the valley.
