A New Year's Eve to remember

Here, New Year's Eve is as much about magic as it is about sharing and tasting, thanks to our 3 restaurants. While each has its own atmosphere, they all share a common quest for excellence, in both the food and the service.

A gourmet New Year's Eve

This unique dinner is curated by the executive chef of Crillon Le Brave, Adrien Brunet, in a 4-handed collaboration with our chef Romain Guyot.

To ensure your place, you'd better book ahead! Throughout the evening, your New Year's Eve dinner will be filled with surprises, and at the stroke of midnight, the New Year will be ushered in with music, accompanied by confetti and hats to celebrate the New Year in the most festive way possible.

Restaurants to tantalise our guests' taste buds over the festive period

The very first Beefbar in the mountains offers a menu of exceptional meats for lunch and dinner, as well as a range of mountain influenced dishes. Inside, you'll find enchanting wall sculptures of cuckoo clocks by artist Eric Croes, chairs reinterpreting Savoyard models, and frosted glass hanging lamps, inspired by ice cubes. Outside, there is a spacious terrace, accessible directly from the slopes, where you can enjoy a comfortable lunch while taking in the impressive views of the valley and the musical ambience. Aficionados can enjoy the great Beefbar classics, unique meats such as Wagyu beef from Australia and Kobé beef from Japan, as well as unmissable comfort food recipes to share... or not! (Pot-au-feu, shepherd's pie or Mont d'Or fondue...).

On the sixth floor of the hotel, at Biancaneve, savour the best traditional dishes. A warm and refined restaurant, Biancaneve offers an eclectic range of bistronomic dishes, created by chef Romain Guyot using the finest produce, often local, featuring lots of vegetables and above all generosity. The fishmonger's bench overflows with oysters and seafood, Sologne caviars, smoked salmon and king prawns, all exclusive to Méribel.

With family or friends, enjoy the pleasure of being together in a piano bar atmosphere, serenaded by a singer covering the greatest French classics. The latest destination for evening gatherings focused on gourmet pleasures

From this gourmet refuge, savour the peaceful passing of time. Perched on the 8th floor of Le Coucou, the Le Fumoir restaurant welcomes cheese lovers around its fireplace in a cosy, friendly atmosphere. Here you can sample Savoyard specialities that are as copious as they are refined! A local gastronomy that gives pride of place to local produce.

Unforgettable mountain experiences to celebrate the New Year

Downhill skiing, off-piste skiing, ski touring, snowboarding... All kinds of winter sports await thrill-seekers in Méribel during the festive season.

With 330 runs and 155 lifts in the world's largest ski area, there is no better place for downhill skiing. The most adventurous can test themselves on the Roc de Fer piste, where the 2023 world championships were held.

For those interested in other adventures, discover snowshoeing or horse riding, or enjoy the silence and pure beauty of the mountains as you follow the hiking trails, far from the crowds. For snowshoe outings, an instructor will show you how to discover the best itineraries and hidden secrets of Méribel.

It’s New Year's Eve, you've just finished your last run of the year, carved your last curves in the crystal-clear powder. It's 5pm, you're on the snow front, a glass of mulled wine in your hand, and you're enjoying a magnificent torchlit descent down the mountain led by the resort's instructors. Sound, light and enchantment surround you, and that's just the start of what promises to be a memorable New Year's Eve in the mountains at Le Coucou Méribel!
