The restaurant of Méribel where the Italian gastronomy is queen. Buonissimo!

Imagined by the creator Riccardo Giraudi, already at the origin of the concept of the Beefbar, the other restaurant at Le Coucou, the Biancaneve restaurant proposes a trip in Italian lands. From Venice to Sardinia, the menu features Italian culinary specialties from each region. The festivities begin with various antipasti to share, such as the carpaccio of sea bream with citrus fruits, then you can opt for a primi, such as pappardelle with veal ragout, or risotto with truffles and artichokes. The most robust appetites can continue with a secondi, as is traditionally done in Italy, with a veal cutlet Milanese style to share, orecchia d'elefante, or a sea bass in salt crust. Bring the meal to an end with traditional desserts such as the famous tiramisu, a succulent baba with genepi, or the chocolate zeppole, the small doughnuts that are divinely addictive!

Each dish is prepared with high quality products, carefully selected from the most renowned local transalpine producers. The journey continues in the glasses, thanks to the wine cellar adjacent to the restaurant, which offers bottles from around the world, preserved in optimal conditions.

A restaurant with a family spirit

Families are welcome at Le Coucou, and even more so at Biancaneve. While the adults embark on a gastronomic tour of Italy, the little ones can enjoy a dinner designed especially for them, adapted to their needs and appetites.

In the morning, it is also in this superb setting, facing the snowy peaks, that you will enjoy a copious breakfast buffet. All desires are allowed, with a vast choice of salty and sweet dishes, hot or cold. Special diets have not been forgotten, with tasty gluten-free, lactose-free and vegetarian options available. Viennese pastries, fresh fruit and vegetable juices, typical local pastries, but also açai bowls, cold cuts and local cheeses... you will find at the Biancaneve's breakfast buffet everything you need before enjoying your day of skiing!

A restaurant in Méribel open to nature

Designed by star interior architect Pierre Yovanovitch, the Biancaneve's interior decor is a veritable jewel in the heart of the Méribel mountains. Since 2001, at the head of his architectural agency, Pierre has created refined worlds by blending regionally integrated design with a contemporary flair. At Biancaneve, the woodwork is combined with woollen fabric dyes, and the soft armchairs take on the green hues of the surrounding fir trees, giving the Italian gastronomic restaurant a warm and elegant atmosphere.

Known for his mastery of volumes and proportions, Pierre Yovanovitch also wanted the Biancaneve to have larger windows, allowing for ample light to enter, and to dine while enjoying the plunging view of the valley.

The view of the snow-covered mountains will lull you to sleep, and you will savour the delights of the best Italian restaurant in the resort, carried by a pleasant atmosphere of alpine dolce vita
