A tailor-made welcome for customers with motor, visual, hearing or mental disabilities
In order to welcome and facilitate all disabled travellers in the best possible conditions, Le Coucou has thought about each moment of the customer's journey.
Thus, the pathway within the hotel is designed to make the various living areas perfectly accessible:
- The hotel has three rooms with mobility features (1 Deluxe room, 1 Junior Suite, 1 Suite) equipped with a roll-in shower with grab bar and seat, a washbasin without apron, and a wall-mounted toilet with grab bar.
- On arrival at the hotel, reserved parking spaces are available on the forecourt and in the covered car park in the immediate vicinity of the reception.
- Direct access to the reception, concierge service through the hotel entrance.
- Access to our three restaurants Le Beefbar, Biancaneve and Le Fumoir.
- Access to the Bar des Pistes.
- Access to the Tata Harper Spa.
- Access to the Ski Room, Fitness, Kid's Club.
- Access to all public toilets in the hotel (reception, restaurants and relaxation areas).
The access to the indoor and outdoor pools is available but the basins and the Jacuzzi do not have reduced mobility facilities. Assistance dogs are welcome at the hotel, and adapted equipment is available on request (wheelchair, portable induction loop, phone and TV remote control with large buttons, illuminated alarm clock).
Le Coucou also offers adapted activities outside the hotel to discover the treasures of the region.
