The Beefbar in the mountains
Located in the most beautiful places around the world and now at Le Coucou in Meribel, the Beefbar offers the possibility of tasting the rarest meats, from the most prestigious origins, matured and prepared according to the rules of the art: Black Angus from Argentina and the USA, Wagyu beef from Australia, Kobe beef from Japan. It is a pleasure to discover the Beefbar's classics for the first time in the mountains, on the huge sunny terrace!
Specialities to share, hot dishes served in casseroles, risotto, pasta, salads, a well-balanced and tempting children's menu, and a beautiful wine cellar. On the seventh floor of Le Coucou, the excellence of the Beefbar can be savoured in complete relaxation. It is impossible to resist the prodigious dessert buffet, with its fruit tarts, succulent cakes, and giant eclairs to share.
At noon, head to the panoramic terrace, accessible directly from the slopes, for a comfortable lunch in the sunshine. What better way to recharge your batteries than on the terrace? Meanwhile, the connected ski equipment is recharged, and the gloves are warmed up for a more comfortable time on the slopes. Unless the temptation to lounge quietly on the terrace is too strong!
