Conceived as a place for sharing and enjoying a friendly atmosphere, the Beefbar welcomes you to an attractive setting featuring a menu of delicious flavors and rare meats where guests can enjoy the large sunny terrace in Méribel.

In the evening, enjoy refined, generous cuisine at the Biancaneve restaurant, in a festive, musical atmosphere.

Le Fumoir restaurant is a favorite meeting place for cheese lovers, with the best of Savoyard specialties, including fondue and traditional raclette.

The Beefbar in the mountains

Located in the most beautiful places around the world and now at Le Coucou in Meribel, the Beefbar offers the possibility of tasting the rarest meats, from the most prestigious origins, matured and prepared according to the rules of the art: Black Angus from the USA, Wagyu beef from Australia, Kobe beef from Japan. It is a pleasure to discover the Beefbar's classics for the first time in the mountains, on the huge sunny terrace!

Specialities to share, hot dishes served in casseroles, pasta, salads, a well-balanced and tempting children's menu, and a beautiful wine cellar. On the seventh floor of Le Coucou, the excellence of the Beefbar can be savoured in complete relaxation. It is impossible to resist the prodigious dessert buffet, with its fruit tarts, succulent cakes, and giant eclairs to share.

At noon, head to the panoramic terrace, accessible directly from the slopes, for a comfortable lunch in the sunshine. What better way to recharge your batteries than on the terrace? Meanwhile, the connected ski equipment is recharged, and the gloves are warmed up for a more comfortable time on the slopes. Unless the temptation to lounge quietly on the terrace is too strong!

Biancaneve, The new festi-chic
bistronomic concept at Hôtel Le Coucou

A warm, refined restaurant, Biancaneve offers an eclectic bistronomy of sharing, comforting dishes by chef Romain Guyot. Based on fine, often local produce, plenty of vegetal ingredients and, above all, uncommon generosity. The "banc de l'écailler" overflows with oysters and seafood, Sologne caviars, smoked salmon and king prawns, exclusive to Méribel.

With family or friends, enjoy the pleasure of being together in a piano bar atmosphere, with a singer covering the greatest French classics. The new epicurean evening rendezvous location for night-time gourmets.

Restaurant Le Fumoir 

From this epicurean refuge, savor the peaceful passing of time. Perched on the 8th floor, the restaurant Le Fumoir welcomes cheese lovers around its fireplace, in a friendly and cozy atmosphere. You will taste the unavoidable, copious and refined specialities of the Savoyard gastronomy elaborated with real local products.

The Bar des Pistes 

An essential meeting point at any time of the day, the Bar des Pistes embodies the spirit of Le Coucou par excellence: just like our restaurant in Meribel, it can be chic but relaxed, elegant but warm, romantic with a partner and electric with a group of friends... 

The perfect place to enjoy watching the skiers ski down the slope in front of you, while having a cappuccino or a club sandwich. The Coucou's bar also offers foodies an irresistible buffet of delicacies at snack time.

Finally, when it's cocktail time, the barman at Le Coucou gets out his shakers to create some dazzling recipes. With music, guests will enjoy the warm atmosphere in Meribel.

A royal breakfast

Enjoy the breakfast of your dreams in the mountains, thanks to the extensive breakfast buffet. Le Coucou offers a selection of hot and cold, sweet and savoury delights, which is served daily in the Biancaneve restaurant, on the 6th floor of the hotel. Discover pastries and breads, eggs of all requests, fresh fruit and vegetable juices of all colours, pastries, cold cuts, local cheeses, vegetarian recipes, gluten-free and plant-based milks, as well as acai bowls or mountain blueberry pie; each choice will provide strength before going out to face moguls or powder snow, snowshoeing or dog sledging.
