Le Beefbar: your Méribel restaurant in the heart of the mountains

Now at Le Coucou in Méribel, the Beefbar restaurant, a concept created by Riccardo Giraudi in 2005, offers the opportunity to taste the rarest meats from the most prestigious origins, matured and prepared with expertise, including Black Angus from the USA, wagyu beef from Australia, and Kobe beef from Japan. What a delight to discover the Beefbar classics for the first time in the mountains, on a huge terrace overlooking the valley, where you can enjoy the winter sun at your leisure. One of the must-visit restaurants during your stay, Beefbar invites you to enjoy an gourmet moment in an unforgettable setting, for a culinary experience absolutely unique to Méribel.

With specialties to share, luxury meat tastings, hot casseroles, pastas, salads, a well-balanced and tempting children's menu, and a fine wine cellar, on the seventh floor of Le Coucou, the excellence of the Beefbar can be savoured in complete relaxation. You won't be able to resist the impressive dessert buffet, with its fruit tarts, succulent cakes and giant eclairs to share.

At midday, enjoy lunch on the panoramic terrace, directly accessible from the slopes, in the sun or in the shade. What could be better than lunch on the terrace of a Méribel restaurant? Biancaneve: the new chic bistronomic concept at Le Coucou hotel in Méribel

A warm and refined Méribel restaurant, Biancaneve offers a gastronomy of luxury and sharing, with chef Romain Guyot's comforting dishes including exceptional, often local produce, featuring plenty of vegetables and, above all, uncommon generosity. The "banc de l'écailler" overflows with oysters and seafood, Sologne caviars, smoked salmon, and king prawns, exclusive to Méribel.

Restaurant Le Fumoir: a Méribel must

From this gourmet refuge, savour the peaceful passing of time. Perched on the eighth floor, the Le Fumoir restaurant welcomes cheese lovers around its fireplace, in a friendly, cosy atmosphere. Here, you can sample the hearty, refined specialties of Savoyard gastronomy, prepared with refined local produce. The menu offers delicious fondues and raclettes made with traditional Savoyard cheeses, accompanied by an assortment of fine charcuterie (jambon de Pays, jambon blanc, viande de grisons, rosette de Lyon and jambon truffé).
